Ice Kacang Art of Dragon Gallery

19, Lebuh Cannon, George Town, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

The seller is an elderly couple, but still actively working. I got to know them. If you stop by, say hello to Uncle Khoa because they are the best Ice Kacang seller ever!

Breakfast at Urban Daybreak

338, Lebuh Pantai, George Town, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

Their Avocado Smash, Pancake, and English Breakfast were my favourite one. Their cafe was near with my Airbnb at George Town, and they have 2 resident cats. NB: They open from 7.30 AM and close on Tuesday.

Cheong Fatt Tze "The Blue Mansion"

Ground Floor, 14, Leith Street, George Town, 10200 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

Legendary in the annals of the history of Penang is the awe inspiring Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion. Dubbed 'La Maison Blue', this flamboyant masterpiece of 38 rooms, 5 courtyards, 7 staircases and 220 windows took a very special man to create. Funny fact from Chinese feng shui at Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion is they have 2 mirrors facing each other when you're entering the house, that's like closed circuit television or we know as cctv. The Master Cheong can see guest who come in at every corner from inside just looking at the mirrors. This Blue Mansion is also One of the 10 Greatest Mansion in the World, and also Winner 'Most Excellent Project' by UNESCO Heritage Conservation Award on 2000.

Kek Lok Si

1000-L, Tingkat Lembah Ria 1, 11500 Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

The Kek Lok Si temple is a Buddhist temple situated in Air Itam, Penang, Malaysia, facing the sea and is one of the best known temples on the island. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia. The main draw in the complex is the striking seven-storey Pagoda of Rama VI (Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas) with 10.000 alabaster and bronze statues of Buddha, and the 36.57 meters (120.0 ft) tall bronze statue of Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy.

Tan Sam Guan Sea Food, Batu Ferringhi

Kampung Tanjung Huma, 11050 Batu Ferringhi, Penang, Malaysia

Didn't have time to take a lot of pictures at Batu Ferringhi because the battery runs out. But please try Tan Sam Guan Sea Food, their Pineapple Fried Rice is to die for!

Pinang Peranakan Museum

29, Church St, Georgetown, 10200 George Town, Penang, Malaysia

One of UNESCO World Heritage Site in Penang, Malaysia and also known as  Straits Chinese Jewellry Museum. The mansion was built at the end of the 19th century by local history's famous personality, the Kapitan Cina Chung Keng Kwee. Having survived many decades of neglect, the mansion has now been finally restored to its former grandeur of a stately home. This museum also have a small temple inside to rememberance all the generations in family.

Ming Xiang Tai Pastry

475-A, Jalan Penang, George Town, 10000 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

A famous tea and Chinese pastry shop at George Town. Their famous egg-tart was one of my favorite.

Sixth Sense

157, Lebuh Pantai, George Town, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

They have 3 stores that are close to each other. Each shop have different items. Apart from clothes, they sell accessories, ceramic glasses, also aromatherapy. A must visit place in Penang.

Hidden Bar

63, Jalan Magazine, George Town, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

The name explains the place clearly. Super cool hidden bar in George Town! There are no signage or whatsover to make it easy for you to find. Located along Jalan Magazine, opposite First Avenue Mall. Love the concept of this bar. They serve everything just like old China opera. Like my blue coktail in ancient China ceramic glass. 10/10!

China House

153, Beach St, Georgetown, 10300 George Town, Penang, Malaysia

China House is a traiditional compound of 3 heritage buildings, linked by an open air courtyard and converted into 14 spaces comprising shops, cafe, restaurant, galleries, live music and bakery. I went to China House at breakfast and dinner, but I won't recommend their breakfast menu. Very small portion and a little bit pricey. But hats off for the buildings and the live music.
